Legacy-Network Rules
Legacy-Network is a place for fun, fairness, and respect. To ensure everyone has a great experience, we ask all players to follow these rules. Breaking these rules can result in a warning, mute, kick, or ban—so play fair and enjoy the game!
These rules apply to all Legacy-Network platforms, including the Minecraft server, Discord, and forums. The moderation team may enforce these guidelines as they see fit, including case-by-case decisions.
Chat & Communication Rules
Our community thrives on positive and respectful communication. Keep chat friendly and avoid:
Hate speech, discrimination, or personal attacks. Threats, doxing, or encouraging harm. Spamming or excessive capital letters. Impersonating staff or other players. Advertising other servers or external services. Sharing personal information (yours or someone else’s). Selling or trading accounts, in-game items, or services for real-world money.⚠ Voice chat mods (e.g., Labymod VoiceChat) are included in these rules!
Mods & Clients
Fair play is key. Mods or clients that give an unfair advantage are not allowed. If you’re unsure whether a mod is legal, check our Allowed Mods List or ask a staff member.
Allowed Mods: Performance boosters, UI/HUD mods, minimaps (without player tracking), aesthetic enhancements. Banned Mods: Hacked clients, auto-clickers, macros, minimaps that show players, X-ray mods/resource packs, fly mods, kill aura, and anything that automates gameplay.Using disallowed mods can result in a permanent ban.
Gameplay Rules
To keep the game fair and fun, please avoid: Griefing – Destroying or altering someone else’s builds without permission. Stealing – Taking items from another player’s base, chest, or farm. Trapping – Creating traps that unfairly kill or trap other players. Hacks & Exploits – Abusing bugs, duping items, or using unfair modifications. Spawn Camping – Continuously killing players at spawn or near their bed. AFK Exploiting – Using AFK pools, macros, or bots to avoid being kicked. Self Teaming/Boosting – Unfairly gaining or stats with multiple accounts.
Skins, Usernames & Profile Customization
We encourage creativity, but skins, usernames, and profile elements must be appropriate. Not allowed:- NSFW or offensive skins.
- Skins that are too small, invisible, or confusing (e.g., fully transparent).
- Inappropriate, offensive, or impersonating usernames.
Discord & Forums
The same rules apply to our Discord server and forums. Additionally: Use channels for their intended purpose. No excessive pinging, flooding, or abusing the ticket system. No loud/annoying sounds or voice changers in voice chat. No bypassing punishments (e.g., alt accounts after a mute/ban).Forum-specific rules:
No reaction or message farming. No excessive thread bumping or necroposting. No inappropriate content in signatures, profile pictures, or posts.⚠ Final Notes
Use common sense. If something feels unfair or wrong, don’t do it. If a rule isn’t listed, that doesn’t mean it’s allowed. Staff decisions are final. Report issues. If you see someone breaking the rules, let staff know.
