The Legacy-Network Discord server operates under Discord’s Terms of Service, which are outside of our control. For more information, please review Discord’s Terms of Service.

Additionally, all activity in the Legacy-Network Discord server is subject to the rules outlined in the server's #rules channel. Violation of these rules may result in disciplinary actions taken by the Legacy-Network staff.

Legacy Store Terms

The Legacy Store is hosted by Tebex.io, and all transactions, purchases, and related data are governed by Tebex’s Terms of Service. Please refer to Tebex’s Terms of Service for more details.

Minecraft Server Terms

By connecting to the Legacy-Network Minecraft server, you agree to abide by the server rules, which can be found at this link.

Additionally, you agree to the following conditions while playing on the Minecraft server:

• Any actions that violate the server rules, including but not limited to cheating, harassment, or exploitation of game mechanics, may result in a temporary or permanent ban.
• Player data, including IP address, UUID, geolocation, login/logout times, and chat messages (both public and private), is collected and stored for security and moderation purposes.
• Private chat messages are encrypted and can only be accessed by the server owner (LegacyHeaven) if deemed necessary, such as in situations where a player may be in real-life danger.
• Any in-game purchases or donations made via the Legacy Store are final and non-refundable.
• Legacy-Network is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, or any other company related to Minecraft.

These terms may be changed at any time without notice.
