What is a Data Deletion Request?​

Under Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), individuals have the right to request the erasure of personal data. This is also known as the "Right to be Forgotten".

Since Legacy-Network operates from the EU, we comply with the GDPR.

What Data is Deleted?​

If you submit a data deletion request, we will remove all personal data associated with your Legacy-Network account, including:

Your forum account data and profile
Any linked accounts and authentication data
In-game statistics associated with your Minecraft username
Any purchased ranks or cosmetic unlocks

What Data is NOT Deleted?​

Punishment data (bans, mutes, warnings, or other moderation actions) will NOT be deleted.
This is necessary for the protection of our community and to prevent abuse.

Transaction records related to purchases are retained for tax and legal compliance.

Server logs and security-related records may be retained as required by law.

How to Request Data Deletion​

If you wish to have your personal data removed, follow these steps:

Ensure your Minecraft username is linked to your forum account.
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
In your request, include:

• Your Minecraft username
• Your forum username
• Any associated email addresses linked to your account
• Confirmation that you understand the deletion process is irreversible

Processing Time & Confirmation​

Once your request is submitted:

We will process your request within 30 days, as required by the GDPR.
You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been erased.
If your request is denied (e.g., due to legal reasons), we will inform you accordingly.
